E alerta para o fato de que s\u00f3 aumenta o n\u00famero de servidores\np\u00fablicos prejudicados em raz\u00e3o da n\u00e3o regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o de diversos artigos da Lei\ndo IGEPREV. <o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-indent: 49.65pt; line-height: 115%; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(7, 5, 5); border-width: 1pt; border-style: none; border-color: windowtext; padding: 0cm;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 115%; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(7, 5, 5); border-width: 1pt; border-style: none; border-color: windowtext; padding: 0cm;\">Em 29 de agosto deste ano, a AJUSP-TO\nprotocolou um Of\u00edcio no Pal\u00e1cio Araguaia, cobrando a regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o,\nprincipalmente no que tange ao&nbsp;<b>abono de perman\u00eancia<\/b>. Em 20 de\ndezembro de 2023, foi sancionada a Lei Complementar n\u00ba 150, que disp\u00f5e sobre o\nRegime Pr\u00f3prio de Previd\u00eancia Social dos Servidores P\u00fablicos do Estado do\nTocantins (RPPS-TO), com a finalidade de assegurar benef\u00edcios previdenci\u00e1rios\naos seus segurados e dependentes, como meio de subsist\u00eancia nos eventos de\ninvalidez, idade e morte. O que acontece \u00e9 que alguns desses benef\u00edcios\nprevidenci\u00e1rios carecem de regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o espec\u00edfica.&nbsp;<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-indent: 49.65pt; line-height: 115%; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(7, 5, 5); border-width: 1pt; border-style: none; border-color: windowtext; padding: 0cm;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 115%; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><i><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(7, 5, 5); border-width: 1pt; border-style: none; border-color: windowtext; padding: 0cm;\">\u201cS\u00e3o quase\n200 servidores p\u00fablicos sendo diretamente prejudicados em raz\u00e3o da falta de\nregulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o desse dispositivo da Lei do IGEPREV. A AJUSP-TO j\u00e1 protocolou a\ncobran\u00e7a e o Governo precisa se posicionar. A informa\u00e7\u00e3o que tivemos \u00e9 que a\nMinuta com a regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o estaria tramitando na Casa Civil, s\u00f3 que at\u00e9 o\nmomento, n\u00e3o houve um posicionamento oficial do Governo e n\u00e3o tivemos nenhum\navan\u00e7o efetivo.
